"It is a great company and great opportunity. You have to be ready to pick only one market to stick too, and that isn't easy."

"I did not like the fact there were no residuals on most products. Hence no real base salary. the resources were also un-helpful."

"For management, I'd have to suggest being more involved with everyone equally."

"Simply, be patient, it is a 4-5 year business building process that requires quite a personal investment of money and education."

"It is an expensive business to build... compensation is 100% commission, with practice building expenses that are pretty high, and extreme compliance standards."

"A mentor program where you take a very experienced Financial Advisor and partner them with new Advisors to assist in the business building curve."
