As a sales consultant, you are the face of the property and responsible for building relationships to drive sales and increase retention.
What you’ll do:
- Meet and exceed monthly and weekly sales targets.
- Use our sales process to build rapport to get new leases signed.
- Convert phone and email leads into in-person tours.
- Deliver excellent customer service to our residents to increase lease renewals.
