SUMMARY
Vari is seeking a dynamic E-commerce Specialist. The position supports our direct-to-consumer (DTC), business-to-business (B2B) and online retail channels under the direction of the Sr. Manager. The right candidate will be highly motivated and passionate about working with an entrepreneurial spirited organization with an interest in pursuing a career in e-commerce merchandising and operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Setup and launch new products across companies websites and channel partners
- Ensure accuracy of product information and content
- Determine asset requirements and provide feedback to Creative Team for product launches and updates
- Collaborate with Product Team to align on digital product launch dates for all channels
- Daily review of web storefronts including pricing, content and inventory
- Analyze website visitor behavior and ecommerce metrics
- Summarize and communicate customer reviews and feedback to management
- Experiment with new merchandising techniques on websites
- Ideate and evaluate website AB Tests
- Comparison shop competitor sites for customer experience and offers
HOW YOU’LL GET THERE:
- 1+ years Ecommerce and digital merchandising, including internships
- Self-starter
- Ability to translate creative and content needs into project management tool
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy
- Team player with exemplary communication skills
- Thorough attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
- Preference given to experience with any of the following tools: Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware), Google Analytics, Hotjar, Yotpo
- Any experience with maintaining website content including website HTML and CSS
- Flexibility to occasionally work on evenings or weekends when needed
