T&M Associates is seeking a highly motivated Supervising Engineer to join our Water Practice in one of the following New Jersey locations: Middletown, Bloomfield, Toms River, or Mount Laurel. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical and project management of complex multi-discipline design projects including water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, sewer conditions assessments and rehabilitations, water main replacements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
- NJ PE is required. (out of state PE licenses will be considered but the candidate must be able to secure their NJ license within 6 months of hire)
- 10+ years of experience with a focus in water and wastewater design projects.
- Wastewater treatment design experience is preferred.
- Experience in preparing and monitoring project budgets is required.
- Prior Project Management experience is preferred.
- Ability to supervise and mentor junior level engineers • Ability to work both independently and with teams, as needed.
