Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with real estate brokers, developers, investors, lenders, attorneys, and other industry professionals while also managing existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales call and appointment setting quotas
- Exceed sales goals for transaction and revenue growth
- Generate and qualify leads in the residential real estate segment
- Call prospective clients to set appointments and solicit business
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue with existing clients
- Keep CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system current by logging calls, appointments, tasks, notes, etc.
- Stay current with industry changes and competitor strategies
- Maintain a well-known, respected presence in the local real estate community
- Foster excellent communication and relationships with internal staff
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Strong ability to drive revenue growth through effective sales techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets within a competitive market
- Self-motivated individual who thrives in a culture of accountability and achievement
- Strong proficiency in utilizing technology tools and platforms, including social media channels, for lead generation,
client engagement, and staying current with industry trends."
- Knowledge or experience in title insurance or residential real estate is not required but considered an asset
Compensation Package:
