We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Analyst to join our CRM Service Line, focusing on Experience Cloud projects. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in configuring and optimizing Experience Cloud solutions across various domains, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities Cloud.

Jade has a well-balanced salesforce practice that helps customers deliver various IT projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities Cloud (Experience Cloud), Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, e-commerce), Apttus, and extending CRM solutions using the custom lightning solution, etc. we have an opening in our CRM Service Line for a BA in Experience Cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Experience Cloud communities, ensuring alignment with branding and themes to enhance customer engagement.
- Utilize omnichannel and live chat functionalities to optimize customer support processes within Experience Cloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into logical sprints and user stories, driving project success.
- Provide technical recommendations and thought leadership to senior leaders, influencing IT initiatives and advancing business capabilities.
- Collaborate with Architects and Developers to provide technical design guidance aligned with strategy and technical standards.
- Evaluate and make strategic decisions independently to address specific technology design needs, ensuring effective Salesforce customization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Experience Cloud configuration and customization, including hands-on experience with Experience Cloud site builder.
- Strong understanding of data security and external site security within the context of Experience Cloud implementations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to measure project success and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience with Salesforce customization and software development methodologies, preferably Agile or Hybrid Agile.
- Ability to connect well with business users and translate their requirements into actionable insights and solutions.

- There will also be internal travel to successfully execute the response.
