Job Description

This is a part-time, temporary/seasonal position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Adult Education and Automotive Instructor to support English language learners to acquire technical skills while simultaneously improving English language proficiency by:
  • Developing curriculum tools and strategies for the current Automotive classes
  • Providing guidance for adjusting content and assessment to be accessible
  • Providing instructional coaching for quality curriculum delivery
  • Creating a template and/or guidelines for developing other technical courses for ESL students

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in TESOL or related
  • 5 years experience teaching English Language Learners
  • 2 years experience teaching adults
