The Global Trainee Program is an intensive two-year program that supports development of promising professionals with the potential to become future leaders in Tenaris. A Global Trainee will build expertise, engage with colleagues around the world, and demonstrate performance while learning about Tenaris's culture and industrial heritage leaving them prepared to take the next steps in their career.

The Global Trainee Program at Tenaris is a structured development program designed for recent university graduates or young professionals with 0-3 years of experience, who are looking to kick-start their careers in the steel manufacturing, oil and gas industry. The program offers participants the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to various areas of TENARIS' operations and functions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors' Degree in Business or Engineering related majors
  • 0 to 3 years of professional experience after graduation
