Systems Mobile Administrator. Fulltime opportunity with good Benefits
Works under minimal supervision to monitor, manage, and troubleshoot issues with software and networking/server hardware at customer sites. Act as an escalation path for Technical Support on field support requirements and issues
Interact with Product Test to ensure products delivered within projected schedules.
Qualification:
US Citizen
- 3-6 years Relevant Experience in the context of operational data center environments
- Network design and implementation knowledge – Linux, Windows Operating Systems, VMWare, Network Storage, Databases, Network Software Applications, automated kickstart installations, command-line administration including some bash/shell scripting, Microsoft WSUS/SCRM Update processes
- Mobile Device Management, Device Provisioning
- Understanding of Linux software/tools – i.e. tcpdump, syslog, Apache Tomcat, HA/DRBD, PAM
- Understanding of SNMP and Network Monitoring Solutions
- Knowledge of DoD SRS/STIGs, general knowledge of Cellular Telephones/PDAs and GSM/CDMA networks.
- Must have DoD Security Clearance
BS degree required – Computer Science, Engineering or in a related area with 3 years’ experience or at least 5 years’ experience in related area
