Job Description:
Must have skills:
- have worked in at least 1 S/4HANA project as a SAP SD Lead consultant · Knowledge of SAP SD solution capabilities and business process configurations · Configuration of master data and be able to guide and train the users on Business Process.
- proven customizing experience within SAP SD
- knowledge of business processes within SAP SD
- overview of Order to Cash processes in SAP S/4 and its peripheric integrations (CRM, Document management, Finance, Logistics and warehousing)
- in designing and/or implementing SAP Order to Cash processes (CRM integration, Order to Billing, Pricing, Customer Master Data)
- in playing a major role in implementation projects
- consultancy skills and a pro-active attitude
- communication skills (written and verbal)
- in writing functional requirements / designs
- be able to work closely with a SAP TM(Transportation Management) Consultant to manage Customer requirements
Roles & Responsibilities:
- and main point-of-contact for customer IT & Business teams for resolution of production issues, implementing enhancements and integrations for S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution modules
- discovery of current state of SAP implementation and documentation, and implement improvements and best practices
- production problems and/or enhancement issues and make appropriate changes to the system.
- action and evaluate issues to develop alternative solutions. Apply expert knowledge and experience to resolve problems.
- across business, technology and cross functional teams to deliver solution for production
- and manage escalations effectively
- internal onshore and offshore teams to drive issue triage and resolution.
- all aspects of the project lifecycle for future business enhancements from defining business
- design, configurations, data mapping, integration testing, and deployment
