Job Summary:
ICC Certified Inspector located in Portland, OR for a leading organization. This role is responsible for performing Special Inspections per code and project requirements. To be considered - must have either ICC Reinforced Concrete, or ODOT certification.
This is a direct hire opportunity with the ability to earn overtime compensation.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience performing field testing and inspections on soil, concrete, masonry, and/or asphalt

- ICC Reinforced Concrete

Responsibilities:
- Perform Special Inspections in accordance with code and project requirements
- Interpret project plans and specifications and ensure project requirements are being met.
- Activities will include performing field testing and inspections on soil, concrete, masonry and asphalt.
- Review plans and specifications, performing the inspections accordingly
- Inspect placement of reinforcing steel and post-tensioned cables
- Communicate results with contractors, engineers and others
- Input results and observations into daily reports
The essential functions of this role include:
Working up to 15 hrs. of overtime per week
Working weekends
