Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced User Access Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) with a deep understanding of FTC compliance regulations, particularly related to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).
Responsibilities
- and implement user access management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SOX and FTC guidelines.

Qualifications
- degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- of 2 years of experience in user access management, GRC, or related fields.
- knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly FTC regulations and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance.
- understanding of access control frameworks, identity management, and security principles.
- with access management tools and technologies, such as IAM solutions, privileged access management (PAM), and role-based access control (RBAC).
- analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex systems and processes.
- communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CRISC) preferred.
