"I'm a field rep on the road inspecting damages and preparing estimates. I like being out of the office. You're just a number at a big company. Unless you sparkle or fit into a certain demographic they need more of, you're not moving up--no matter how good you are. I'm not even talking about myself. I knew several people better than me (and I"m good) and they didn't move up either. Every promotion goes to a woman."
