Even though market shifts and changes may present various obstacles, the CEO must navigate them and see the company through the hard times.The best part is seeing the results and witnessing the accomplishments of the company. It is very gratifying to be the person responsible for a new product. No matter what that product is. The bad part is, when the obstacles become overwhelming and an endeavour fails, it feels like a personal failure."
