"I think the salary is not compensatory with the experience of managing the responsibility of securing the children during transport."

"Hourly salary is too low for the skills required and ability of securing a CDL."

"I resigned- nothing. No retirement benefits either. I would suggest a person who has choices to choose another employer."

"Look elsewhere where you can begin with a retirement. You are wasting valuable time working for this contractor try the fed govt."

"Biased promotions and unethical practices at bid selection. I think you should re-think this employer seriously."

"make sure its what u really want, don't just do it because it pays good it takes lots of patience to be a good bus driver 58% quit with in 6 months"

"as long as I been with the company my only concern with management is the lack of communication with there employees"

What do you like about working at St. Jude Medical?
"Doing God's Work and helping out with The Mission of the Sisters of St. Joseph. I have Tourette Syndrome, and a lot of my fellow workers were patient with me and my struggles on the job related to my Tourette's. I was even given modified duty to help me work towards The Sister's Mission. I learned a lot of new clerical skills and computer skills. I was working at the Virginia Crossan Cancer Center (Medical Records) in Fullerton, CA. which is part of St. Jude. The job was difficult, and presented me with a challenge which enabled me to grow."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Any managers who violate the Americns with Disabilities Act, or play a part in such an action should be terminated and there should be no Statures of Limitations."
