"If this field and setting is your forte, then speak from the heart and be confident when it comes to speaking about your accomplishments. These achievements are never handed to you, you had to work hard for them so be proud of them and explain how you were able to achieve these goals. A company would rather much appreciate someone with a strong work ethic then someone without."
