"I wasn't being micromanaged by my own manager; I was being micromanaged by OTHER managers."

"I'd actually make sure that employees on all levels weren't constantly breaking rules and would LISTEN to the people paying for educational services."

"Marketing and Recruiters goals and compensation may run at cross-purposes to faculty's, and faculty get stuck holding the bag. Poor faculty performance may in fact reflect over-zealous recruitment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Create a sliding scale to compensate for the recruitment of marginally-abled students that faculty then have to whip into shape."
