"Unfortunately, through the years, the company as whole lost their focus on quality of education and put more emphasis in increasing profits, sacrificing quality of education."

"ITT Technical Institute has a great name recognition among the communities. They must regain their original focus on education, not on corporate profits."

"This was a work study position, and I was exposed to a lot of various things."

"Inquire about all aspects of the job to make sure they understand all that is required."

"Some of the work was not IT related, and had nothing to do with what I wanted to learn."

"They should hire a maintenance person, and not expect it to be done by an IT person."

"Some of my tasks are not IT related, and should be done by a facilities person."

"They should be more organized. Much of the time new implementaions are given to me at the last minute, and need to be completed quickly."

"I love tutoring other students in the use and how to create in the applications they were learning"

"I went from a 5th grade education to graduating college as a honor student. Hard work..............."

"I thought that the school should of had higher standards."

"They need a teaching staff that had knowledge about what they were teaching."

"Don't bother to interview unless you are desperate for a job and a gluttion for punishment."

"The employess are made to feel disposable. Treated like children and zero respect."

"I would treat the employees like they are appreciated and their opinions matter."

"That there was always a new way to do the job."

"just impress the boss with what you know, they need to know that you know how to help the students."

"sometimes there was to much down time becuase students where not there."

"nothing really I like the fact that students and staff always had something for us to do."

"The lack of support and communication. People in the same company not willing to help others in similar positions with what works for them"

"Support the campuses. They see the students on a regular basis and understand what is going on at the campus."

"I like everything about this company. This company has taught me a lot about myself and how to resolve issues."

"I suggest to management to keep doing what they do best. The management team is very good."

"It was a temporary job I acquired as a student of ITT. There wasn't really anything to complain about. Low pay, maybe."

"Find some way to reward employees that go above and beyond the call of duty."

"I like the opportunity to teach classes in my own way with curriculum available to lead me to what has to be taught."

"Unless you are hired in full time there is no guarantee how many classes you get every quarter so it makes it hard to live off of just this job."

What don't you like about working at ITT Tech?

"There is no room for advancement and the total number of classes adjunct instructors can get per quarter is 5."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen more to the students and what they need and what they are looking for in a school that they are paying $50,000 for."

"I love working with the Dean, the Instructors, Program Chairs and being there for the students."

"Don't do it! They really dont care about you or your family issues. They just want you to shut up and do your job!"

What don't you like about working at ITT Tech?

"Having to answer to so many bosses. I currently have 2 direct people that I report to but in reality the Director of the college gave persmission to all the Managers to beable to direct the employees."

"Stop and listen to your employees and see what they feel is wrong with your campuse."
