"An exciting international company where you really feel yourself a participant of worldwide best technology race, have a lot of contacts and collaboration, may work creatively in a highly professional environment. Still, it's too large and shrinking last years as microprocessors become cheap stuff. Market pressure impact is extremely strong. Not much chance for career growth today, Also, the scope of an individual's work is usually too narrow that may make some people bored."

"too much organizational thrash resulting in frequent moves to new groups and consequent loss of work flow"

"The management within the group was pretty much frozen and didn't lift others up with them. They should provide more lateral and upward movement opportunities."
