Absolutely nothing. My boss was a bipolar psychopath. The President is a passive aggressive, unprofessional who would sexually harass female employees.

Horrific work environment with mean people. Nobody takes responsibility for their actions and most play the blame game. They do nothing to discipline bad behavior an allow people to treat others without respect. Anger Management class are needed as well.

They need to clean house and remove the negative element. Emotionally intelligent people should be hired. Psychological testing prior to hiring should be part of the process.

Don't interview. Turnover is ramped, for good reason. Run away...fast.. It is not somewhere that anyone with a soul would want to work at. It will destroy you emotionally and is a dead end, career wise.
