Facebook privacy can make or break your job prospects. More and more employers and recruiters are using Facebook to screen candidates for things like profanity, inappropriate photos, negative comments about previous employers and overall professionalism and culture fit.

One study by social media monitoring service Reppler found that over 90 percent of employers use social media to screen applicants. What's more, 76 percent of these employers hop onto Facebook to screen applicants. Ever since Facebook rolled out Timeline (and now their latest feature: Graph Search), it can be hard to stay on top of your privacy settings. It's always changing!
