"I love running my own territory, making decisions and completing the actions. I have been very successful in this position. Although I work well with my coworkers, I miss having coworkers that I work with every day. As an independent contractor I do not have any benefits and would like to obtain a position with benefits."

"The current market is being dominated by internet sales. Our parent company is not responding to the new competition quickly enough and we are losing sales, not customers, to the new threat.There are no medical benefits, retirement packages, or meaningful buyouts of a successful territory."

"Listen to the independent representatives input and respond with products that allow us to compete in the current market place. Be industry leaders."

"They had great communication skills even if they were across the country and a small company."

"Yes; trust, but verify every representation they make. A lot of money was lost on them."
What don't you like about working at EcoloBlue?
"Everything. Top management is a sham. I quit six months after securing a $20 million contract, then was stalled by one excuse after another, which prevented my deal from going through."
