What do you like about working at Implant Direct?
I enjoyed being able to see the results of my work.
What don't you like about working at Implant Direct?
The high turnover rate.
What suggestions do you have for management?
This is a tricky one. The owner of the company values his employees at the same time expecting a lot from them. Middle management sometimes loses sight of the value of their number one asset: the employees.
