"No tips. The company is laying off in droves. Many good people are getting cut to off shore countries."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"The culture is dying. The executives are destroying the company by using layoffs to prop up the business."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't overlook the the human capital side of the business."
