What do you like about working at IBM?

"I like being able to interact with a wide variety of technologies and the challenge that represents."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The same advice I got when I started: use it for experience and then bail, you're in USA's India here."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"I can't stand being overworked for the little pay I get, we need to do 60 hours of work in 40 hours. I don't like that being recognized by your peers is meaningless if your managers don't also submit you. It's stupid that being recognized by management gets you a lot of nothing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give raises competitive with the new workers. I know all of them are making 2x what I am just because I was hired in 2009 and not 2011."
