"Technical field and exposure, Governance role, and stakeholder exposure, work environment."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Should be technically competent, and customer interaction will be important."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"Lack of progressing opportunities, lack of training of lower level staff."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Improved communications between tiers, Improved remunerations and recognition for employees."

"Wouldn't wish IBM on my 2nd to worst enemy."

"It was great 10 years ago. Lots of opportunities."

"Don't stray to the dark side. IBM doesn't care about anything but the bottom line and the exec's fat pockets. Stay as far away as you can, even as a customer."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"Management heavy. Managers don't have a clue about the work the reports do."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Trim 99% and then you might have something. Start at the top and work down."
