What do you like about working at IBM?

"I truly enjoyed the project that I was responsible for, my peers, and the customers that I supported. I enjoyed having the ability to work from home. I helped to build the project from its conception so I was truly proud of its capabilities. I loved to figure out any problems that arose during the ETL phase and/or reporting phase."

"I like working at IBM because it's a big company, I have learned a lot about customer satisfaction, ITIL procedures, etc."

"I don't like IBM because they have an annual bonus with scores and I got the best score but I didn't receive the bonus, so I'm very disappointed."

"They need to look more at the employee and not to the management."

"Sometimes was hard to have time to IBM and Family but the professional results compensated everything."

"That should see the benefits to reallocate most of the office around the world to India, the benefits between Quality and Money sometimes need to be a second option of Business Decisions."
