"Connect with your employees. Assist them with career management. Adopt 360 peer-peer review. Reward new employees who do well. Integrate the long and very-long term loyal employees with the new ones. Monitor the inertia building up in the higher ranks of people who have been with IBM all their lives and are getting comfortable with it."
