"IBM is currently experiencing changes that are severely affecting their customers. As they struggle to regain market share as well as look internally to cut costs my accounts have share frustration as well as leaving IBM for other vendors. I do believe that IBM will eventually level out however at this stage I would like to bring my talents to a new company. Where I can thrive and continue to produce results."

"Smart people, exciting technology, a solutions culture, great benefits, it's huge - you can find an expert in anything."

"Teamwork and collaboration is a must. You need to be an innovator but not in isolation."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"It's huge - you can get lost in the hugeness. Sometimes its reputation gets in the way of understanding."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make more time for coaching staff and mentoring individuals who seek out that support."

"Too much organizational changes."

"Keep agreements on geographical assignment periods. Do not raise quotas mid year."
