"Quitting IBM was one of the best moments of my life."

What do you like about working at IBM?

"Neat key-fobs for network access (it's a geek thing), descent use of technology to enhance productivity (until it got extreme)."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Pick a different company."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"Everything else. I have wanted to work for IBM since I was a little geek-let. When I finally did it was pure disappointment. The pay was good, but only because they picked up my contract from my previous employer. Their time tracking was ridiculous, they could tell when you were using the bathroom if you did it right. There was an obvious lack of caring for their employees. And they set the bad standard for outsourcing which is so prevalent now."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Quit selling out your country."
