What do you like about working at IBM?

"The ideal working for IBM, I did grow from basic skill to 150 mile territory more then 40 different maintenance contracts, home commercial, pc, laptop printer, servers, point sale system, team lead of software contact. 4 months before lay off I got a $ 1,500 bonus."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"College degree pays twice."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"Trading employee for stock. they got away from that type of service."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They stated just not profitable so guess change of times. maybe these jobs will some day come back."
