"I've been with IBM contracting for this company for almost 2 years now. The Company I service is great and couldn't ask for a better work relationship/environment. On the other hand, I only have some much control over what I can do, which one something happens that are beyond my scope of title, the customer can must wait sometimes days for the problem to be fixed, when most of the time I know exactly what the problem is but may not have permissions or access to get to what I need too."
