"Be careful what you wish for, you may get fooled into thinking it's available to you."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"Some of the changes implemented over my 28 years hurt the company worse than the supposed problems they solved or making us more competitive."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop treating your people like they are stupid when you change the benefits and come up with one of these new packages, they are highly educated and smart and see thru your veil of trying to cover up how it will hurt them."
