"I am actually a coordinator on our College Recruiting team and love it because I am so close to the world that I just left (College). We recruit nationally, across many functions (Marketing, Engineering, Winemaking, etc.), it takes a lot of time and many resources (team members) to pull things together but our employees are so passionate about finding great intern/undergrad talent that it makes my job easy. They're always willing to participate and really enjoy interacting with students, and leadership is just as passionate about our intern program so we're always looking at ways to improve. Con: We hire hundreds of interns a year so the time frame right before all of them start can be a bit tedious (paperwork)."
"I love Onboarding, Recruiting, Research, Reporting, Analytics, HRIS and Benefits but I wanted to do more in each Human Resources functions I just mentioned. I don't like employee relations because I have not dealt with escalated HR/Personnel issues."
