"HP seems to struggle with a critical mass problem. It seems that there are always either not enough people to do the work or too many people drawing paychecks for a project to make sense. I think that HP can restore its former glory by cutting bureaucracy and red tape while hiring good talent. The innovation that HP is known for is still there, but is stifled by the red tape."

"I have worked for HP for a year now and it is a static company that has a lot of work to do before they can create a positive work environment for their employees. The company has drastically changed over the last 10 years and is showing from every position in the company. I would like to see better treatment of all employees not just contract workers. "I think once you are hired at Agilent your position is very safe, and this is a place to work at if one wants to work at one job for a long time."
