"Innovative company focused on company development."
"Great place to work, not all sectors growing."
"I've worked for Hewlett-Packard, later HPE, in Germany from 2012 to 2016. Big tech company with many opportunities. However, management was inefficient and processes were complicated. I spent most of the time filling out internal forms for travel approvals - I worked as a consultant. However, HP provided a low-pressure environment, which made many of the employees very happy."
"I'm working for HP for around 05 years as Customer support & services Operations Manager. HP remains one of innovative company in the world with high values and culture. You never stop learning"
"I have worked for HPE since 2014. Almost all of the people around me are unhappy and leaving. These people are talented and will create valuable products that will last in the market but with their new employers. The improvement system, VOE is used by the managers to identify whom to fire in the next wave. It is not anonymous. They even fire ladies who are pregnant as they are no longer useful for doing garbage work. So how are they exactly going to create valuable products without creating an environment for valuable employees? All those employee friendly messages ends at marketing stage, just a marketing strategy. So if you are an employee, join only if you didnt get any other offer. If you have a job with someone, stick to it. If you are an investor, take a trip and enjoy your life. Dont waste it here. If you are within HPE, upgrade to your best and find another job. Your family is your responsibility, right ?"
"The work-life balance was great, but the compensation was not so great. The heavier the workload, the same your pay stays. There's no room for growth here, clique-y office culture is apparent."
"Despite the fact that I was only an intern, in terms of both the level of respect and responsibility I was given working here, I felt like a full-time employee whose work genuinely mattered. My coworkers were both intelligent and very personable. I would (and have) certainly recommend this company to a peer."
"A great place to work. The company cares about the employees. Great benefits"
"I've found it to be a good company to work for."
"Really enjoyed the team I worked with. Everyone worked together as a team and the manager made sure we have the resources we needed to get the job done. I'm really big on culture, and I really enjoyed the team culture at HP. Everyone took the time to help each other out."
"HP is a great company and working for the company has expanded my global customer perspective. Everyone at the company is focused on customer experiences while controlling costs. Management is incredible and have fostered my continued learning in DaaS, SaaS, IoT, and customer satisfaction."
"Not available -----------"
"Culture of chaos when senior management can not find time in 6 months to have a team meeting. When the same senior manager has his calendar all full of meetings yet no one on the team has any idea what the strategy is or goals are. There are many great people, too bad none of them are in management. The current old management team makes the same decisions and expects different results. This is like General Motors before the crash."
"I have been with HP for almost two years."
