"The people and the training in Japan on three occasions."

"This is a Japanese auto manufacturing facility it's physically demanding work. Everything you do this time down to the second and they have a quota system if you do not meet quota system you have to stay until quota is met. I sometimes worked from two in the afternoon the five o'clock in the morning."
