Before everything was outsourced it was a great company, using great technology, inovative problem solving and highly adaptive to the changing needs of the customers.
What don't you like about working at Hilton Worldwide?
Outsourced vendors lack expertise. Everything takes twice as long to complete, and no one really cares if it's done right. Costs went up while quality went down.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Learn from your mistakes. Bring back the people who love the hospitality business, and loose the vendors that will only say "yes" to every request, but can't deliver quality.
