"I highly recommend this facility for their dedication to both patient and staff care. The team spirit involves staff at every level. The nurses, PT, OT, ST as well as management team start working as soon as they get to work, not in their offices, but at patient bedside. They help to answer the call lights, help patients to the bathroom, get patients up out of bed to the dinning areas, and they help to feed and supervise their breakfast. After breakfast, the patients have therapy and other activities scheduled throughout the day. There are team rounding and team conferences with physicians and other disciplinaries. In the team conferences, patient concerns are discussed and ways to improve their care are sought. Team work makes my day at Health South The Vintage productive and smooth."

"I've only worked for HealthSouth since last year, but I really love the company. The benefits are amazing, but they don’t just stop at the typical. Some more unique benefits include two on-site gyms, on-site cafeteria with healthy lunch options, on-site dry cleaning drop-off and pickup, on-site masseuse, employee discounts at various local and national retailers, and 4-5 weeks PTO per year. While there are definitely some downsides to being part of such a large company (getting lost in the shuffle comes to mind), the company itself is obviously committed to both our education and our physical and emotional health.
