What do you like about working at Healthcare Services Group?
Nothing, they work you like a dog, do manual labor daily, have no systems, or really care about anything but their profit
What don't you like about working at Healthcare Services Group?
Benefits are the worst in all aspects. Low pay for the industry, not computerized, lowest pay possible for hourly staff, cut their hours to make money, use low grade food products.
What suggestions do you have for management?
all of the above. a terrible place, if you have ever worked for a professional company, this one isn't it.

A dog wouldn't want to work for this company on its last day of life. tun fast
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
don't waste your time, they sell you the world and then don't deliver. and they are so cheap in every respect. they don't care except about making budget at all costs

At first, the company made one feel needed and sucessful. Pay was pretty good.

As you progessed in the company, all failure rest on you. All successes are stollen by upper management.
