In 1992, California Primary Physicians, Huntington Medical Group, and Universal Medi-Co united to form HealthCare Partners. Until November 2012, HealthCare Partners was one of the largest medical groups in California, having teamed with several medical groups throughout the years, such as Talbert and Northridge.
