3.7 Great Dealership to work for. About one of the highest paid techs in the field. They are a Gold Bar and Shield award winner again 2014 - that's 8 times now. Most equipment is pretty good, but it is best if you have your own special tools. When you have 12 + techs tools get abused. Great area, but it is slow in the winter months (about half get laid off).

4.9 I have worked for Harley Davidson financial since April 2018. Company moral was very high and positive. They offered plenty of training and offers the opportunity to advance within your career or skills geared towards business and the betterment of your portfolio. Although the environment is fast-paced and competitive, HDFS really cares for its employees. They appreciate their employees and offered plenty of incentives to reassure the mindset of their employees.
