"Halliburton in a large company with a lot of potential job growth if you have the right background. Being that Halliburton is a oil field service company the growth and prosperity of the company has a lot to do with how well oil companies are dong. This makes working for Halliburton cyclical at times. When the oil industry is doing well you prosper but when the market is on a downturn as it is now people will lose their jobs and hours will be cut."

"Good company and good benefits. Be ready to work hard for long hours with great people."
What don't you like about working at Halliburton?
"They do a poor job of communicating change. We have had numerous changes happen, and very few, if any, have been communicated. We usually hear about them through the rumor mill."

"Overall it is good, but they just need to work on communication."
