"For anyone who is thinking of working as a substitute, I would suggest that they be very patient and ready for anything."

What don't you like about working at Gwinnett County Public Schools?

"As a substitute teacher, it is difficult to answer this question because the field of education is totally different from any other business. It is not a business, it is an educational system, but run by the government/county. This question is difficult to answer because I am only part time and work 'on call'."

"I really don't have any suggestions for management as this is a county education system."

"In the HS break the students up that have a class, then lunch, and advisement back to back to back. They tend to be more social when in class and learning doesn't seem to be as important."
