"I’ve worked at General Motors for the last four years. I found it to be a fast paced and demanding environment in which everyone has the ability to stand out if they are willing to put the work in. The working hours in warehousing or manufacturing can be a lot to handle but the compensation makes up for it."

"General Motors is an amazing company to be with. They treat their employees with respect. The benefits are great. The teams are great. The only reason I am leaving this company is to relocate to the West coast and grow with another company. I hope to bring my skillset and experience to take another company to the next level."

"I worked at GM for two years in the TRACK Program. GM is a great employer if you're passionate about cars and want to live in SE Michigan. It's a large company so there's flexibility to determine your own path if you perform well, but it's also filled with bureaucracy and politics, much like other large companies."

Marketing Manager

"I have been working at General Motors (GM) full-time (More than 5 years) With the proximity of driver-less cars, the automotive industry is an exciting place to be...particularly General Motors where we have a strong leader and the cultural and strategic drivers in place to be a market leader. Also, particularly for those who are based in SE Michigan, there isn't a comparable employer for offering roles that have the diversity, scale and complexity as those available at GM. Makes for some very challenging opportunities and presents ongoing opportunity to take on new roles across different functional areas."
