"I've worked at Genesys for 2 years. The company has gone through a lot of leadership changes within these 2 years, including a new CEO, CMO, and EVP of WW Sales. All of these changes have been positive and essential for the company as it continues to transition from a premise-based to a cloud-based software company. The company has a great culture. One downside is the company operates very lean when it comes to human resources so most people often feel they are being stretched too thin. The other downside is the company, unlike almost all tech companies in Silicon Valley, does not offer equity incentives to its employees."
