What do you like about working at Genesis HealthCare?
Most of the patients wee great to take care off, some had their moments as any place. The employees were ok for the most part, some could be your friend one minute and turn on you the next.
What don't you like about working at Genesis HealthCare?
Certain employees seemed privileged at times. Seems like they played favorites.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Maybe giving employees better in-services on how to handle certain situations with the residents
