"General Dynamics had bought out the company Vangent, in order to acquire the contract to provide customer service for www.HealthCare.gov. My job while at GDIT was customer service representative for healthcare.gov, and was primarily responsible for assisting customers fill out applications for health insurance. It was an easy enough job; but, as you my have heard, healthcare.gov and the application are still in need of massive improvements - which could make completing the application difficult."

"I didn't like that the company would sometimes bind the rules for other employees."

"I feel that if they have a rule they should apply it to everyone."
