I would strongly recommend that every level of the organization be prepared to make tough decisions regarding the acceptance of responsibility for their actions. Mistakes are made every day, but as long as management & staff are willing to take responsibility for their own actions, learn from their errors, and work diligently to improve their systems, work flows, communications and decision-making, the company as a whole will benefit. The individuals will also be able to sleep at night with a clear conscience.

I would only suggest that people who are interested in working for MySpace (or similar jobs) as a contractor or temporary employee, to expect that they will not become a permanent employee. When I joined MySpace, I expected to become a permanent employee, but it never happened.
