"Don't go to work there. Find a better job elsewhere."

What do you like about working at Food Services of America?

"Plenty of time without the big boss getting in the employees way, so you were able to do your assigned job. The 1 dot marking above is being very generous because the company does not even deserve that marking, but this website would not allow me to leave them blank. Personal growth = none. you are only allowed to do what the boss says.Compensation=you would make more part time at a fast food joint. Benefits package=none..only the CEO benefits. Recommend=to stay away from there.Balance work and personal life=you are not allowed to have a personal life there. Opportunities for career advancement=the company will never grow beyond what it is now. Competency of senior mg-mt = an elementary school student getting bad grades would have more useful knowledge and understanding than this CEO. Job security=forget it. people have run away, or forced to leave crying due to that evil man yelling and screaming."
